Position: Business Development Executive

Experience: Minimum 2–5 Years

Department: Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current contacts.
  • Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and build strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Prepare and deliver effective business presentations and proposals.
  • Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives set by management.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute business development campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate sales and client records using CRM tools.
  • Follow up with clients for feedback, renewals, and repeat business.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Time management and organizational skills.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (preferably in [mention your industry, e.g., real estate, IT, manufacturing, etc.]).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in handling B2B or B2C clients (as applicable).
  • Understanding of market trends and customer behavior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
