Mumbai, Maharashtra, India RISING EVENTS Full time ₹ 3,00,000 - ₹ 4,50,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring timely bank payments
  • Preparing Sales Invoices
  • Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for vendor payments.
  • Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments and preparation of debtors / creditors statements.
  • Handling petty cash, preparing bills and receipts
  • Bill payments
  • Perform Bank Reconciliations.
  • Ensuring that all payments are done as per the defined event schedule. Doing follow up with clients wherever payments are not received.
  • Getting involved in negotiations and ensuring all procurement for events is done at the right price with competitive rates
  • Making monthly salary statements/slips of employees and issuing Form 16 annually.
  • Making sure audits are done on a regular basis. GST/TDS/advance tax/ESIC/PF to be paid monthly
  • Ensuring all invoicing for Rising and Recreate is done systematically
  • Ensuring all office bill payments such as all MTNL bills, electricity bills are done on time

Desired Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel & Word) & Tally is a must
  • Reasonable understanding of GST, TCS, TDS and other direct and indirect tax law provisions
  • Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and ability to deal with customers and external contacts
  • Proactive and well organized

Experience: 2+ years of experience

Location: Mumbai – Andheri (West)

Remuneration: As per Industry Standard

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience

Industry: All industries can apply. Events and media industry would be desirable.
