Senior Account Executive – Accounts Receivable, Claim Management & Order-to-Cash

As a
Senior Account Executive specializing in
Accounts Receivable, Claim Management, and Order-to-Cash
, I manage end-to-end client accounts, ensuring timely collections, accurate tracking of receivables, and seamless order-to-cash processes. I coordinate closely with internal teams and clients to resolve queries, discrepancies, and claims efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships.

My role also involves preparing detailed receivable, claim, and O2C reports, analyzing trends to support business decisions, and representing the company in client interactions and industry meetings. I am passionate about streamlining processes, improving cash flow, ensuring financial accuracy, and contributing to overall organizational growth.
