Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Account Executive, based in Mumbai. The Senior Account Executive will manage client portfolios, oversee financial accounts, and maintain client relationships to ensure business growth. Duties include preparing reports, managing client inquiries, providing strategic recommendations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and ensuring adherence to company standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in account management, client relationship management, and portfolio management
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, reporting, and data analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate and resolve issues
  • Proven organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and deadlines
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as MS Office and financial tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or prior maritime industry experience is advantageous)
