About the Role:

Rexus India is looking for a
skilled and detail-oriented Financial Accountant / Account Executive
with hands-on experience in
accounts receivable, taxation, Tally, and Excel
.

The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and be capable of managing
end-to-end accounting operations
efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain
    accounts receivable ledgers
    and follow up with clients for timely collections.
  • Perform accounting tasks in
    Tally ERP
    , including data entry, ledger posting, and voucher creation.
  • Prepare and file
    GST returns
    ,
    TDS statements
    , and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Reconcile day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Generate financial reports, MIS, and data summaries using
    Microsoft Excel
    (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal departments and clients regarding payment updates, invoices, and clarifications.
  • Support external and internal
    audit processes
    and ensure all documentation is maintained.
  • Track
    invoicing, purchase orders (POs), and payment statuses
    on a regular basis.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.


Required Skills:

  • 4 to 5+ years
    of hands-on experience in accounting with a focus on
    receivables management
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Tally ERP
    and
    Microsoft Excel
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    GST, TDS, and Indian taxation rules
    .
  • Excellent
    English communication skills
    (verbal and written).
  • Ability to
    work independently
    and manage multiple deadlines effectively.

  • Prior experience in a
    corporate or professional environment
    .
  • Exposure to working with
    global clients
    and
    cross-functional teams
    .
  • Familiarity with basic accounting automation tools or financial CRMs is a plus.
