to take complete ownership of
end-to-end Accounting and Statutory compliance
at
Gloport Photonix Innovations Pvt. Ltd.
, a pioneering
deep-tech company
driving breakthroughs across
Healthcare, Agriculture, Homeland Security, and Defence
through
Photonics and Advanced Sensing Technologies
.

This is an
individual contributor role
— you'll manage all aspects of accounting, compliance, reporting, and audits, ensuring financial accuracy and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    end-to-end accounting operations
    — bookkeeping, payables/receivables, ledger, reconciliations, and finalisation of accounts.
  • Handle
    GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, and Income Tax filings
    independently.
  • Prepare
    MIS, cash flow statements, and financial reports
    for management.
  • Coordinate with
    banks, vendors, auditors, and consultants
    for seamless financial operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Work efficiently on
    Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting tools
    .

Good to have Salary making and processing experience through HR software / manual.

What We're Looking For

Experience:
6–8 years of full-cycle accounting experience (preferably in a
startup or SME
environment).

Education:
M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Inter CA or equivalent.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in
Tally Prime
, taxation, payroll, and statutory compliance.

Attributes (Must Have):
Excellent English communication, accuracy, presentable with ownership mindset, and ability to work independently.
