Junior Account Executive

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to assist with the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will support senior accounting staff, manage data entry, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate record-keeping and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring proper documentation.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and post entries in accounting software (e.g., Tally).
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and bank payments.
- Perform account reconciliations and assist in closing books on a monthly basis.
- Support the preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Assist with payroll calculations and processing.
- Maintain petty cash and update cash flow reports.
- Help prepare reports for internal use and audits.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers for payment-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
