Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Accountant position located in Mumbai. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, the Junior Accountant will support organizational budgeting, profitability analysis, and other ad-hoc financial reporting needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting, financial reporting, and preparing accurate financial statements
- Experience with account reconciliation, budgeting, and managing financial data
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Excel
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent organizational abilities
- Knowledge of taxation laws and regulations is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred
- File TDS & GST returns on time
