
Inside Sales Executive

- Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents who have expressed interest
- Understand the academic and career aspirations of leads
- Explain course features, benefits, fees, and learning outcomes
- Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication to support decision-making
- Convert leads into enrollments by providing accurate and timely information
- Maintain detailed call logs, follow-up schedules, and lead status in CRM tools
- Achieve daily/weekly call and enrollment targets
- Collaborate with academic and support teams for smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM tools
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales and conversion targets
Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
- 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in EdTech B2C sales)
- Proven track record of successfully converting leads into customers
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven with a focus on targets and KPIs
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13, ₹18,000.00 per month
