  • Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents who have expressed interest
  • Understand the academic and career aspirations of leads
  • Explain course features, benefits, fees, and learning outcomes
  • Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication to support decision-making
  • Convert leads into enrollments by providing accurate and timely information
  • Maintain detailed call logs, follow-up schedules, and lead status in CRM tools
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and enrollment targets
  • Collaborate with academic and support teams for smooth onboarding
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM tools
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales and conversion targets
  • Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in EdTech B2C sales)
  • Proven track record of successfully converting leads into customers
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven with a focus on targets and KPIs
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13, ₹18,000.00 per month
