Walk-In interview for Telesales Executive (Cold Calling)
Job Purpose:
To generate sales leads and close business through outbound cold calling, building strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets in line with the company's sales strategy.
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline
Relevant sales or tele-calling certification will be an added advantage
Experience:
0–3 years of experience in telesales / telecalling / inside sales
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
Salary - can be discussed during interview
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Good listening and problem-solving skills
