Education– Minimum HSC
Salary– From 15K to 25K in hand per month for Domestic depending on the experience and interview evaluation.
From 20K to 35K in hand for International depending on the experience and interview evaluation.
Location– Mumbai (Andheri East- Marol Naka)
Total requirements- Around 30 on an immediate basis
Mode of Interview- Face to Face

- To utilize outbound calls to cross-sell & and up-sell products/services
- To share and record accurate information of communication with customers to update the database
- Answer questions regarding products/services to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ask relevant questions to understand customer requirements
- Develop and sustain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Develop in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
- Meet/exceed daily, weekly, and monthly set targets concerning call volume and sales
- Communicate with customers through a series of actions (either via phone calls, email, or chats)
- Follow SOPs and adopt new processes
- Collaborating with multiple teams, understanding the process, and seamlessly integrating sales & and customer service
