Role & responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure adherence to sales scripts and compliance guidelines.
  • Conduct daily briefings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions for continuous improvement.
  • Handle escalations, resolve customer queries, and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and share insights with management.
  • Ensure team members are trained and updated on insurance products and processes.
  • Collaborate with the operations teams to optimize lead conversion and improve sales efficiency.
  • Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity within the team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: business, commerce, or related field).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales team handling, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or financial products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and team management skills.
