Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic
Tele Sales Team Lead
to manage our inside sales executives (telecallers). The role involves driving sales performance, improving lead conversions, training the team on product knowledge and objection handling, and ensuring smooth end-to-end customer onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management:
- Lead and motivate a team of 8–15 telecallers.
- Conduct daily stand-ups, performance reviews, and target tracking.
- Ensure adherence to call quality, scripts, and conversion processes.
- Sales Ownership:
- Drive sales for Clinderma's treatment plans and product kits.
- Monitor daily lead flow and assign leads efficiently.
- Achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Training & Coaching:
- Train telecallers on product knowledge, objection handling, and communication.
- Create structured sales scripts and FAQ references.
- Conduct regular call audits and feedback sessions.
- Process & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records on CRM (Kylas) and monitor follow-ups.
- Track KPIs such as lead-to-sale conversion, response time, and AOV.
- Collaborate with doctors, skin coaches, and operations to ensure seamless handover post-sales.
- Customer Centricity:
- Ensure a high-quality, empathetic sales experience.
- Handle escalations or complex leads when required.
- Collect and share feedback to improve patient journey and conversions.
Required Skills
- Proven experience leading a telesales or inside sales team (preferably in healthcare, insurance, edtech, or D2C).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a performance-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable using CRMs, dashboards, and Excel reporting.
- Ability to train and inspire a young, energetic sales team.
