This Position will be responsible for driving digital and data led Transformation for concerned businesses/departments and will work closely with leadership to strategize scope for leveraging digital technologies, analytics, enhancing operational efficiency and implement change through stakeholder management.

ORGANISATION CHART
This role of Digital Business Partner will have solid line reporting into the function / business which will host this role and have a matrix reporting into the GCTO organization
Key Accountabilities

• Work as a thought partner and a catalyst to implement technology led business transformation with a long term plan to ensure there is a continuous roadmap in the function/BU for digitalization like leverage of AI, process mining, basic BI engines, RPA, advanced automation etc.
• Develop and manage digital platforms, products and ecosystems to drive and unlock value across businesses and more.
• 60% focus on the activities such as Established tech: This includes Data governance, Business Process
• Management Systems, Automated Process Workflows, Rules bed alerts and notifications and adoption of basic digital practices which have solved in the industry. Promote high adoption low code / no code tools for democratization of technology
• 40% focus on Emerging Technology- This includes leverage of AI for decision support, e.g. predictive pricing, predicting attrition, AR/VR, Co-bot solutions, for business controls

Develop digital solutions and drive digital innovation for Businesses.
Design, adapt, and visualize solutions based on evolving requirements and communicate them through presentations, scenarios, and stories.

Work with business stakeholders and cross-functional SMEs to deeply understand business context and key business problems. Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise.

Enhance enterprise functions by introducing automation, process optimisation and digital-first operational models.

Bridge the gap between business and IT through Interpersonal relationship management skills, which will also include upward coaching for senior leadership

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details
Lead discussions at peer review and use interpersonal skills to positively influence decision making

Create Proof of concepts (POCs) / Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), then guide them through to production deployment and operationalization of projects.

Drive profitability and strategic value from digital and analytics projects while ensuring alignment to business goals.

Ensure that solutions exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, repeatability, appropriate

reusability, and reliability upon deployment.

Foster a culture of knowledge sharing to facilitate intra-inter function/BU sharing of new ideas, learnings and best practices.

Build industry connections to enhance digital influence.

Explore design options to assess efficiency and impact, develop approaches to improve robustness and rigor Formulate model-based solutions by combining machine learning algorithms with other techniques such as simulations.

Skilled in the application and use of Multi model Gen-AI and business analytics/visualization tools.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science/Engineering/B. Com with MBA from a reputed institute
• Conceptualising and driving business technology fusion
• Demonstrated hands-on impact in past
• Relevant certifications on Digital/AI
• Sufficient Technical knowledge in data-driven decision-making, AI/ML, cloud platforms, automation and digital architecture

Relevant Experience

• 8-12 years of total relevant experience in the area of Digital Transformation/Business Analytics/Technology driven projects with a Large Corporate/MNC or Management Consulting Firm
• Must have good understanding and exposure to emerging technologies and areas such as AI, process mining, basic BI engines, RPA, advanced automation etc. with involvement in practical applications in real-life projects and solutions.
• Ability to stand firm and offer individual point of view with design thinking, agile prototyping, and digital ecosystem development.
• Ability to lead discussions at peer review and use interpersonal skills to positively influence decision making
• Self-motivated and a proactive problem solver who can work independently and in teams with a proven record in change management.
• Strong academic credentials from top tier institutions; Advanced Degree preferable
• Experience in Digital Transformation Leader, Analytics Lead and/or Digital Consultant
• Experience in leveraging analytics to drive business decision and optimise operations.
• Proven change management and technology adoption initiatives in previous roles
