**JOB BRIEF**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- social media and display advertising campaigns._

Ø _Understanding the Business model._

Ø _Design, build and maintain our social media presence by using Linked Inn, Facebook, Twitter_
- or more Platform._

Ø _Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against_
- goals (ROI and KPIs)._

Ø _Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies._

Ø _Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests._

Ø _Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance_
- based on the insights._

Ø _Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience._

Ø _Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple_
- channels and customer touch points._

Ø _Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnel._

Ø _Collaborate and Coordinate with Digital Marketing agencies and other vendor partners._

Ø _Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption_
- where appropriate._

Ø _Maintain & Manage our Company’s website._

Ø _Manage & Mentor the Digital Marketing Team._

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:
Ø _Bachelor Degree in Digital Marketing or any certification or Diploma course in Digital marketing._

Ø _Possess excellent interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and effective communication abilities._

Ø _Proficiency in MS-Office and Power Point Presentation._

Ø _Proven working experience in digital marketing._

Ø _Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints._

Ø _Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments._

Ø _Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)._

Ø _Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement._

Ø _Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking._
