JOB BRIEF

Our company requires a “Digital Marketing Executive” with strong interpersonal and communication skills,

a focus on organization, and enhanced multitasking abilities. Digital Marketing, who can lead online

awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
social media and display advertising campaigns.

Understanding the Business model.

Design, build and maintain our social media presence by using Linked Inn, Facebook, Twitter

or more Platform.

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against

goals (ROI and KPIs).

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance

based on the insights.

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple

channels and customer touch points.

Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnel.

Collaborate and Coordinate with Digital Marketing agencies and other vendor partners.

Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption

where appropriate.

Maintain & Manage our Company’s website.

Manage & Mentor the Digital Marketing Team.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Bachelor Degree in Digital Marketing or any certification or Diploma course in Digital marketing.

Possess excellent interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and effective communication

abilities.

Proficiency in MS-Office and Power Point Presentation.

Proven working experience in digital marketing.

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.

Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture,

WebTrends).

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

JOB SPECIFICATION

WORK TIMINGS 9:00am - 6:00pm
