Travel & Logistics
Handle travel arrangements including ticketing, hotel bookings, and local transport.
Maintain travel records and expense reports.
Vendor Management
Identify and manage vendors for office supplies, services, and maintenance.
Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
Inventory & Asset Management
Maintain records of office assets, equipment, and supplies.
Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement when needed.
Event & Meeting Coordination
Organize internal meetings, training sessions, and company events.
Ensure availability of meeting rooms, refreshments, and required materials.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain documentation related to office operations, contracts, and licenses.
- Ensure compliance with safety, labor, and statutory regulations.
