Role & responsibilities
- HR Executive (100% Recruitment)
- Manage job postings, sourcing, and interviewing.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
- Keep HR records updated and assist with onboarding and offboarding.
- Address employee questions and help with HR policies.
- Support payroll and HR administration.
Preferred candidate profile
- Masters in Human Resource Management (Full-Time Program)
- 1-3 years of HR or recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of basic HR practices.
- Knowledge of MS Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint )
