Key Responsibilities Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks Prepare and manage technical offers, quotations, and sales documentation Maintain accurate sales data using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, and production teams Monitor sales progress and provide updates to management Assist in planning and executing sales strategies and targets Resolve client queries and ensure exceptional customer service Manage order processing, documentation, and after-sales coordination Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics for review.
