Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Taxpert Pro ACC, located in Kochi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, developing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting interviews, coordinating staff development programs, maintaining employee records, and implementing performance management systems. Additionally, the HR Manager will work to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, addressing employee concerns, and serving as a liaison between management and staff.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor laws, and compliance
  • Skills in developing HR policies and performance management systems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus
