About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join Oliviya Developers. In this key role, you will identify and engage potential clients, promote our luxury home construction and interior design services, and convert leads into projects. You will build strong client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and support marketing efforts to help grow our business.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and generate leads through cold calling, online platforms, referrals, and industry events such as real estate expos.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and explaining Oliviya Developers' services (luxury home construction, interior design, maintenance).
● Convert leads into confirmed projects by effectively communicating the company's value proposition and negotiating deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and recommend strategies for growth.
● Collaborate with internal teams (design, construction, project management) to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and projects are executed smoothly.
● Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and project progress using CRM tools; prepare regular reports for management.
● Support marketing efforts by providing customer feedback, assisting with promotional activities, organizing site visits, and offering technical and design insights during client meetings.

Compensation & Benefits
● Salary Range: ₹1,80,000 – ₹2,40,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
