About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who can confidently communicate with customers, understand their needs, and help them with product information and order support. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, have good knowledge of Excel, and be eager to learn and grow in their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Understand customer requirements and assist in closing sales deals.
  • Maintain and update data using MS Excel and internal CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Prioritize work effectively and complete daily tasks on time.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (English speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Strong understanding of sales and customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
  • Dedication towards work and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and drive to grow in career.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
