Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Specialist with a strong background in EdTech sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through lead conversions, building customer relationships, and meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilitie

  • Drive admissions and course sales through consultative calling, counseling, and lead nurturing.
  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into paying customers by identifying needs and offering suitable course programs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
  • Maintain a strong follow-up process with potential learners through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion funnel performance.
  • Maintain CRM records accurately and report daily sales performance.
  • Provide insights into learner behavior, objections, and market feedback to optimize sales strategy.
  • Participate in weekly performance reviews and sales training sessions to enhance closing skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in B2C or B2B EdTech sales or business development
  • Proven record of achieving or surpassing sales and revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management systems
  • Strong time management and self-motivation to handle multiple leads simultaneously
  • Understanding of EdTech customer psychology and sales funnel dynamics
