Role Description
We are looking for a
Business Development Associate
to manage and grow the
photoshoot and video production vertical
at UGLY. This role will involve client interactions, project coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative outputs. The ideal candidate will act as the main link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution from brief to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their creative requirements.
- Work with internal teams (production, creative, editing) to plan and align photoshoots and video projects.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables are met as per commitments.
- Coordinate logistics, talent, and resources required for photoshoots and video production.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
- Ensure projects are executed within agreed timelines while upholding quality standards.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat collaborations.
- Support the leadership team in exploring opportunities to expand the photoshoot & video production services.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, project coordination, or business development (experience in creative agencies, media, or production houses preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of photoshoot and video production workflows is a plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
