Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, referrals, and social media. Research potential clients and target industries to build a quality sales pipeline. Qualify leads based on interest, budget, need, and timeline (BANT criteria or equivalent). 2. Sales Outreach and Follow-ups: Initiate and maintain direct contact with prospective clients via phone calls, video meetings, and emails. Schedule product demos, sales presentations, or consultations to explain offerings. Conduct timely follow-ups to move leads through the sales funnel and increase conversion rates. 3. Product and Market Knowledge: Gain deep understanding of the company's products, services, pricing, and value proposition. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Communicate product benefits clearly and confidently to prospective clients. 4. Client Relationship Management: Build strong and long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs. Act as a point of contact before and after the sales closure to ensure a smooth onboarding or handover. Maintain a positive and professional image of the company in all interactions. 5. Sales Closure and Reporting: Work with sales managers or account executives to close deals and negotiate contracts where needed. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports on leads, opportunities, and sales performance. 6. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign follow-ups and lead nurturing. Provide feedback from the market and clients to product and marketing teams for improvements. Coordinate with customer service or onboarding teams post-sale to ensure client satisfaction.Core Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-confidence, enthusiasm, and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
