Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support Nexthink Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform across enterprise environments.
  • Develop and manage remote actions, campaigns, dashboards, and investigations using Nexthink tools.
  • Monitor endpoint performance and user experience metrics to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with IT operations and service desk teams to drive zero-incident initiatives and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze telemetry data to generate actionable insights and improve IT service delivery.
  • Customize Nexthink modules to align with business KPIs and compliance requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Nexthink Infinity or Nexthink Classic platform.
  • Strong understanding of endpoint analytics, user behavior tracking, and ITSM integration.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automation and remote actions.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and digital experience monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with DEX strategy implementation.
  • Exposure to enterprise environments with large-scale endpoint deployments.
  • Knowledge of integration with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
