**Minimum Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.

**Experience & Skills Required**:

- 5+ years managing Digital End User Infrastructure, Systems, and Virtual Infrastructure in large production environments.
- Expertise in Nexthink—advanced monitoring, designing, implementation, patching, troubleshooting, and customization.
- Proven experience integrating Nexthink with platforms like ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Azure, AWS, VMWare, and more.
- Comprehensive experience with End User Computing, Client Devices, Enterprise Systems, Databases, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Experience in Nexthink HA/DR implementation and administration.
- Good knowledge of Digital & Cybersecurity service management processes.

**Certifications**:
Nexthink Professional Certification

Microsoft Certification (a plus)

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
