Role Overview
As Sales Manager, you'll lead the charge for sales of private cabins, office suites and meeting rooms at TBQ. You'll manage the full sales cycle - from building the pipeline and closing the deal to ensuring smooth client onboarding to deliver a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Drive occupancy and revenue targets for private cabins, office studios and meeting rooms at TBQ.
- Actively source and nurture potential clients across corporates, startups, and entrepreneurs in Mumbai's business district.
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities to deepen client relationships and boost long-term revenue.
Sales Cycle Management
- Own the full process: prospecting, tours, presentations, proposal negotiations, and contract closures.
- Present TBQ's offerings - plug-and-play units, meeting and training rooms, F&B, IT and wellness amenities - in a compelling, tailored way.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and client setup for new deals.
Pipeline & Metrics
- Keep CRM updated with accurate pipeline details and forecasts.
- Track and report on key metrics like conversion rates, occupancy levels, and revenue performance.
- Analyze trends to refine sales strategies and inform leadership.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in sales - preferably within co-working, hospitality, real estate, or B2B membership-led businesses.
- Proven ability to hit or exceed revenue and occupancy goals.
- Strong network and relationship skills within Mumbai's corporate and entrepreneurial ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, reporting, and data-driven forecasting.
- Self-motivated, target-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
