Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and nurturing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, meeting with prospective clients, and preparing sales presentations and proposals. The Sales Manager must also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and align sales strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • 6+ Years of experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the Facility Management industry is mandate
