Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction. The candidate will also be involved in negotiating contracts and providing exceptional customer service to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Experience in developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
- Market Research and Data Analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Negotiation and Contract Management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
