Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven, proactive Campaign Manager who combines performance marketing with hands-on SEO and strong creative sensibilities. The candidate will plan, execute and optimize multichannel paid campaigns, guide creative teams on platform-specific requirements, own measurement and attribution, and drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and own end-to-end paid acquisition across channels (Google, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn) to meet CPA / ROAS / LTV targets.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation and campaign structures for scale and efficiency.
- Execute technical and on-page SEO (site audits, keyword research, schema, internal linking) and coordinate off-page outreach.
- Build and optimize landing pages for conversion (CRO, A/B testing) with design / development teams.
- Implement and maintain measurement: GA4, server-side tagging / GTM, conversion events, UTM governance and attribution models.
- Generate analytics-driven insights (cohort / LTV analysis, funnel diagnostics, forecasting) and present clear reports to stakeholders.
- Leverage marketing automation and integrations (email, CRM, WhatsApp flows, Zapier / Integromat) for lead nurturing and campaign workflows.
- Create platform-specific creative briefs; advise on ad formats (video, static, carousel, thumbnails), creative testing and iteration based on performance.
- Use AI and creative tools to accelerate ideation, production and reporting while ensuring brand & compliance standards.
- Proactively identify optimization opportunities, troubleshoot delivery / tracking issues with engineering, and ensure privacy / consent compliance.
- Own delivery of measurable results and demonstrate impact from paid efforts.
Skills & Experience (Must-Haves)
- 2+ years in digital performance marketing (campaign management, bidding, optimization).
- Practical SEO execution experience (technical audits, on-page implementation).
- Proven track record of driving measurable results (ROAS, CPA, conversion lifts).
- Strong analytics skills - GA4, GTM, Excel / Sheets and dashboarding.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, YouTube; programmatic familiarity is a plus.
- Hands-on with CRO / A/B testing and landing page optimization.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, email platforms, and WhatsApp Business integrations.
- Creative sensibility - able to brief, guide and critique creatives for platform performance.
- Comfortable using AI tools for content / creative and automation.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
Nice-To-Have / Preferred
- E-Commerce platform tracking (server-side events, product feed optimizations).
- Exposure to growth experimentation frameworks and product-marketing coordination.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Screaming Frog, Search Console, Ahrefs / SEMrush) and tag auditing.
KPIs & Expectations
- Improve ROAS / CPA per campaign brief.
- Deliver measurable conversion improvements via creative + optimization cycles.
- Reduce tracking leakage and improve attribution accuracy.
- Provide actionable weekly and monthly reports demonstrating impact.
Remuneration & Perks
- CTC up to 5 LPA (dependent on experience).
