01.Answering customer calls about the service using scripts

  1. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

  2. Enter and update customer information in the database

  3. Take and process orders in an accurate manner

  4. Handle grievance to preserve the company's reputation

  5. Meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

  6. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

  7. Retrieve documents and files when requeste, generate messages, emails and reports when appropriate.

  8. Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment.

  9. Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items.

  10. Respond to questions and requests for information.

  11. Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed.

  12. Design and maintain filing and storage systems in the office.

  13. Greeting and handling direct customers.
