Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for an HR Generalist. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations, including policy development, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. Additional responsibilities include conducting onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment efforts, and supporting organizational development initiatives. The role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth HR processes and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years of experience
  • Experience in Human Resources (HR), including knowledge of employment laws and labor regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR Management and HR Policies to effectively develop, implement, and maintain HR functions.
  • Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration processes to support employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus but not required.
