As a Sales Coordinator, you will support the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating customer interactions, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in industrial sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the field sales team with administrative activities such as preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Maintain and organize sales records, customer databases, and periodic sales reports.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and ensure high standards of customer service.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery follow-ups.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends.
  • Support marketing and sales campaigns as required.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: 1- 3 years of experience in a similar role preferred. Outstanding freshers may also apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude with enthusiasm for sales and customer interaction.
