Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, coordinate with production and dispatch teams, and maintain sales records. Experience in electronic security products such as fire alarms, gas leak detectors, and intrusion systems is preferred.

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and CRM platforms

Prepare and send quotations, sales orders, and proposals accurately and promptly.

Coordinate with the production and logistics teams for order status, delivery timelines, and dispatch schedules.

Follow up with clients for quotation approvals, payments, and documentation.

Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, quotations, and order history.

Assist the field sales team by providing them with relevant documents, leads, and customer updates.

Ensure timely response to AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewal alerts and generate business.

Support post-sales coordination including invoicing, complaint handling, and warranty/service status updates.

Provide basic technical product information to customers.

Maintain and update customer database and CRM tools.

Assist in organizing product demos, webinars, and customer visits.

Coordinate internally for stock availability and pricing updates.

Generate regular sales reports, MIS, and dashboards for management.

Outside Sales and site visits.
