Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales operations in Chinchwad, Pune. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to coordinate between sales, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Order Management: Track and follow up on customer orders to ensure on-time and accurate delivery.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Organize meetings, presentations, and client visits for the sales team.
  • Customer Communication: Act as the primary contact for clients regarding order status, updates, and issue resolution.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare sales reports, and update customer databases regularly.
  • Sales Analytics: Track and analyze key sales metrics to provide insights for performance improvement.
  • Inventory Coordination: Work closely with procurement and inventory teams to ensure product availability.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare sales documents such as contracts, proposals, and invoices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with finance, operations, and marketing teams for smooth sales processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Any Graduate.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in sales coordination, sales support, or customer service.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
