Job summary

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Sales Coordinator
to manage and coordinate the efforts of the
Sales, Marketing Communications (MarCom), and Digital Marketing
teams. This role involves overseeing daily operations, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals, and reporting directly to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
1. Team Management & Coordination

  • Supervise and coordinate activities across the Sales, MarCom, and Digital Marketing teams.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between teams to drive unified brand and sales strategies.
  • Organize regular team meetings to review progress, share updates, and discuss challenges.

2. Sales Operations Oversight

  • Monitor and analyze daily call logs, lead follow-ups, client communications, and activity reports of sales personnel.
  • Track individual and team sales targets, KPIs, and performance against goals.
  • Identify gaps and assist in implementing corrective actions.

3. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare detailed sales and marketing performance reports for management on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Highlight trends, insights, and key metrics to aid strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain dashboards and ensure CRM data accuracy.

4. Strategic Input

  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Provide input for promotional campaigns and digital initiatives based on field data and analytics.

5. Administrative Support

  • Manage documentation, scheduling, internal communication, and meeting coordination for the department.
  • Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, team supervision, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and digital marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
