We are a fast-growing creative & strategic branding + marketing studio based in Andheri (Lodha Supremus), Mumbai. Our work spans brand strategy, naming, identity, packaging, websites, social media, and performance-driven marketing. With a portfolio of leading Indian and global brands, we're now scaling aggressively and are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our journey.
Role Overview
We're looking for a sharp, ambitious BDE who can drive new business, build relationships, and grow accounts. You'll be handling both inbound leads and outbound prospecting, upselling to existing clients, and creating growth opportunities through events and industry networking. This is a remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert warm inbound leads into meetings and closures.
- Prospect and build pipeline via LinkedIn, outreach, and networking.
- Manage and upsell existing accounts with cross-sell opportunities.
- Represent Sorted Branding at events, exhibitions, and client meets.
- Collaborate with creative & strategy teams on proposals and decks.
- Track pipeline and maintain records in CRM.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales / business development experience (preferably agency / creative).
- Strong communication & presentation skills.
- Confidence to engage founders, CMOs, and senior decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and hungry to grow.
- Mumbai-based (hybrid flexibility).
Compensation
₹2–4 LPA (fixed) + commissions per deal + performance incentives
