
HR Recruiter Intern

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in writing and posting job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms
- Source and screen resumes through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Assist in onboarding and documentation of selected candidates
- Support the HR team in other administrative tasks and projects as needed
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is a plus
