Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in writing and posting job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms
  • Source and screen resumes through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
  • Conduct initial phone or video screenings
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Assist in onboarding and documentation of selected candidates
  • Support the HR team in other administrative tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is a plus
