Role: Human Resource Intern
Duration: 2-6 months
Stipend: Your monthly stipend will be between 3,000 and 10,000, based on your performance. This is not a fixed salary, but rather an opportunity to earn more based on your contributions.

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Recruiter Interns to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, talent sourcing, and HR operations. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to support talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment databases.
- Support in drafting job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment campaigns.
- Participate in campus hiring drives, career fairs, and internship programs.
- Assist in on boarding processes including documentation and induction sessions.
- Provide regular status reports and recruitment metrics to the HR team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to ATS or HR software is a plus.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to maintain professionalism.
