Job Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the civil engineering, Roads & building constructions, Water Supply, Infrastructures sector
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients & Govt, PSU's, an autonomous bodies of central & local authorities.
- Prepare, analyze and present proposals and contracts feasibility & viability.
- Negotiate and close deals in close coordination with concern stakeholders.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the project team and other stakeholders, ensure capacity building meeting business revenue goals for the region.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
- A degree/diploma in civil engineering or related field preferred.(Although not mandatory for exceptionally performed candidate)
- At least 3+ years of experience in business development in the civil sector dealing with govt authorities (central & local bodies)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the civil sector
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the civil engineering industry.
