Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead located in Noida. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, manage and mentor team members, ensure project goals and deadlines are met, and handle client communications. Additionally, the Team Lead will be responsible for coordinating with other departments, analyzing performance data, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
