Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead located in Noida. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the real estate projects, coordinating with team members, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining client relationships. The Team Lead will also provide guidance and support to team members, resolve any issues that arise, and ensure that projects are completed within the stipulated timeline and budget.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in real estate project management and property investment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of commercial and residential real estate markets
  • Proficiency in using real estate management software
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution is a plus
