About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical Team Lead – Google Ads (Performance Marketing) to lead our paid search and display marketing initiatives across real estate lead generation campaigns.
The ideal candidate should be a Google Ads expert with proven experience in managing large-scale campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Demand Gen, capable of driving quality leads while maintaining optimal CPL and ROI. You'll lead a team of performance marketers, work cross-functionally with creative and strategy teams, and ensure every campaign delivers measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Demand Gen) for real estate lead generation.
Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and conversion optimization.
Manage high-budget campaigns (5–50L/month) ensuring effective cost control and high-quality lead acquisition.
Optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPL, CPA, and conversion rates, ensuring consistent improvement.
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for landing page testing and CRO improvements.
Implement and manage conversion tracking, UTM tagging, and audience segmentation.
Analyze daily performance data and prepare insightful weekly/monthly reports with clear action plans.
Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, policies, and platform innovations relevant to the real estate industry.
Train, mentor, and guide junior PPC executives to achieve performance targets and maintain delivery standards.
Requirements
5–9 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation (real estate experience preferred).
Proven track record of achieving strong ROI across Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
Strong command over Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and keyword planning tools.
Expertise in remarketing, audience segmentation, and bid strategy optimization.
Experience with landing page testing, tracking setups, and CRM integrations (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Leadership qualities with experience managing a team of performance marketers.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
