Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented Customer Care Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for resolving inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media

Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within set time limits

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary

Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:

bachelor's degree preferred

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Fluency in [Insert Required Languages]

Preferred Skills:

Experience in e-commerce, retail, or tech support

Knowledge of tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce

Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally
