Job Summary

The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and

closing new business opportunities with healthcare institutions. This role involves

consultative selling of digital marketing solutions and building long-term client

relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, challenges, and marketing goals.
  • Conduct a minimum of 30 new field visits per month to meet potential clients and understand on-ground requirements.

2. Client Meetings & Doctor Onboarding

  • Schedule and conduct a minimum of 20 new client meetings per month & target is 6 doctors on board
  • Successfully on board at least 2 doctors per month for podcast
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and tailored proposals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales activities with campaigns and branding.

3. Sales Conversion & Target Achievement

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Promote and sell SEO, PPC, social media, and other digital marketing services to hospitals, clinics, and doctors.

4. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and retention.

5. Reporting & Forecasting

  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on meetings, visits, onboarding, and conversions.
  • Maintain accurate and updated data in CRM tools for leads, opportunities, and pipeline management.

Required Skills & Knowledge

1. Sales Competencies

  • Excellent consultative selling and solution-driven approach.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Expertise in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email sales.
  • Ability to manage relationships and ensure client retention.

2. Industry & Product Knowledge

  • Understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Good knowledge of healthcare industry operations (hospital, clinic, and doctor engagement).
  • Awareness of market trends and competitor activities.

3. Technical Proficiencies

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for lead and sales tracking.
  • Strong command of MS Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and AI-powered productivity platforms.
  • AI-savvy ability to use AI tools effectively in daily tasks.

4. Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
  • Strong presentation and networking skills.
  • Active listening, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
