Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for a Senior B2B Sales Executive. The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and creating customized solutions for business needs. Additional responsibilities include providing market insights, meeting sales targets, collaborating with internal teams, and managing sales pipelines effectively to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop
    new B2B business opportunities
    with corporate and institutional clients.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
  • Handle the end-to-end sales cycle
    — from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Maintain client data and update sales reports using CRM and Excel.
  • Understanding of Sales CRM tools and experience in Pipeline Management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Experience in relevant industries such as adventure, outdoor lifestyles, or related fields is a plus

Salary Range Between 50000/ /- ctc Per Month
