Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Officer at Fluid Energy System Pvt. Ltd., located in Kolkata. The Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for managing sales operations, generating leads, providing excellent customer service, and handling channel sales. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring sales targets are met. The candidate will also collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes and drive business growth.

CANDIDATE SHOULD BE SMART , GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL , HARD WORKING WITH A PLEASING PERSONALITY . IQ LEVEL SHOULD BE EXCELLENT AND SHOULD BE HAVING GOOD NEGOTIATION SKILL TO CLOSE THE SALE / TAKE DECISIONS INDEPENDENTLY

SHOULD HAVE 2 WHEELER WITH A VALID LICENCE OR ABLE TO DRIVE 2 WHEELER AND HAVE A VALID LICENCE.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • HAVING EXPERIENCE IN RETAIL SALES / DIRECT MARKETING( PAST EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING INTERRIOR DESIGNERS / PLUMBERS / CONSULTANTS IS PREFERRED )
  • Lead Generation and Sales Operations experience
  • Channel Sales skills and previous experience in managing sales channels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Graduate in any field
