JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MICE SALES EXECUTIVEA (MICE )

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and acquire new corporate clients in the MICE segment throughstrategic outreach and networking.

 Sales Planning & Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenuetargets and maximize market opportunities.

 Proposal Development: Create tailored, compelling sales proposals that highlight the benefits of thecompany's MICE services to meet specific client requirements.

 Sales Execution: Deliver presentations to clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals tosecure new MICE business.

 Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as operations, product, and finance,to ensure the smooth and successful execution of events and meet clientneeds.

 Market Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential leads toidentify new opportunities.

 Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, update the CRM, and provide regular salesperformance and forecast reports to management.

 Client Satisfaction: Provide excellent customer service and address client queries to ensure highsatisfaction levels throughout the engagement process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
