Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Sales Manager to lead and expand our global business operations. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in international markets, client acquisition, sales strategy development, and achieving revenue targets. The candidate should be capable of building and maintaining long-term business relationships across various countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective international sales strategies to achieve organizational growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in international markets.
  • Build strong business networks across global regions and maintain healthy client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to understand global trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, pricing, business presentations, and project delivery.
  • Lead negotiations, close international business deals, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Track sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide insights to senior management.
  • Attend global meetings, conferences, and virtual events as required.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations professionally.

Requirements
:

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in International Sales / International Business Development.
  • Strong understanding of global markets, business communication, and sales cycles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing international deals.
  • Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
  • MBA in International Business (preferred but not mandatory).
